Newton County Fund Categories

The Foundation administers four types of permanent funds:

·         UNRESTRICTED FUNDS are gifts made for the broad charitable purposes of the Foundation.

·         DESIGNATED FUNDS can benefit specific organizations of your choice.

·         DONOR ADVISED FUNDS may be established by living donors who wish to actively be involved in the ongoing choice of grantees.

·         FIELD OF INTEREST FUNDS support a broad area of concern such as education or health.

There are several ways donors can give to the Newton County Community Foundation. Here is a partial list of opportunities.
