2008
Jasper Foundation Awards Scholarships Total $337,300
Local
high school and college students from Jasper County are benefiting from the
generosity and foresight of donors to the Jasper Foundation. As part of the
Foundation's mission to the community, education is supported as a lifelong
pursuit. Because of the generosity of their contributors, the Foundation has
been able to provide financial assistance for many young people in Jasper
County seeking a post-secondary education.
Students
interested in pursuing scholarships through the Foundation are encouraged to
contact their guidance counselor after the first of the year to learn of the
requirements for each scholarship and the application process.
If
there are further questions on any particular scholarship, please contact Linda
Reiners, Director of the Jasper Foundation, at 219-866-5899.
